Meet Megan
she/her/hers
Megan Cullen is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and educator with over 15 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including residential/day treatment programs, partial hospitalization programs, LGBTQIA+ community mental health clinics, military services, inpatient psychiatric clinics, and higher education and currently spends most of her time being Clinic Director for Ellie Mental Health Denver West. Megan specializes in working with romantic/intimate relationships, neurodivergent folx, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Megan is passionate about utilizing (appropriate) humor in her sessions and utilizing the therapeutic relationship as her primary healing tool which means sessions and appointments often feel like a chat with a friend rather than an interview by Freud. Megan believes in finding the right solution with each person and is passionate about learning and sourcing interventions and tools from multiple sources. Megan has sought out numerous continuing education courses to ensure her service to diverse populations is comprehensive and continues to do so on a regular basis.
